With more than ten years of experience working in the mental health field, Courtney Sasser has a passion for helping people navigate through difficult situations, reach their personal goals, and ultimately, live their best life.
Courtney has worked in a variety of treatment settings including residential treatment programs, crisis stabilization units, and behavioral centers, gaining experience with a range of populations and concerns.
She is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and specializes in working with individuals dealing with trauma, past abuse, PTSD, and anxiety.
Courtney knows that every situation and individual is unique and requires a personalized approach to treatment. Working with both adolescents and adults, Courtney structures her therapeutic approach to fit the needs and goals of each client to achieve the best results.
In her free time, Courtney enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.
