Session Payments, Cancellation, and Rescheduling of Appointments

When scheduling an appointment, a deposit is collected at the time of booking. The remaining balance of your service fee will be deducted on the day of service. If you have to reschedule/cancel your appointment, please provide a 24 hour notice to avoid being charged for your intended session.

Session Length

For New Clients: Intake sessions range between 60-90 minutes.

For Existing Clients: Sessions can range between 45-60 minutes, depending on the service being provided.

Confidentiality

At Loving Life Today, we take client confidentiality very seriously. We value our client’s privacy and ensure that all client information is strictly confidential. Your intake coordinator will give a detailed overview of our strict confidentiality policy during your initial appointment so you can be comfortable knowing that all of your information will be secure and confidential.
